Meet Victoria Silber: Your Executive Burnout Recovery Guide

Not long ago, I had hit a wall - running endless daily tasks in my business, I had resiliently built up in the past five years, as a solo parent, integrating my two girls into a new country, language, and school system; and having zero social life in my schedule for years, my body was giving up. Serious health troubles appeared.

Still, I felt the relentless pressure to perform, to succeed, to keep going. Like many high achievers, I couldn’t admit it openly.

Burnout became my daily battle for months to come.

Until I literally collapsed.

That experience changed everything. I used to believe it’s only about being extremely tired, and a few months of a lighter workload solves everything.

But in reality, acute burnout is about losing the ability to think clearly, see the big picture, and even having purpose. My brain closed down.

Symptoms took my life over: panic attacks, mild memory gaps, dizziness, brain fog, and overwhelming tiredness.

Only after I started to reach out for help did I realize how many others live through the same struggle, quietly, afraid to speak up for fear of what it might cost them.

I realized I needed to take action on a larger scale.
